1. Planning
I am already thinking of my future and proactively taking steps to remain active, independent and financially secure.
I'd like to plan ahead for my future health care needs and retain my active independence for years to come.
I'm beginning to plan for my future, but would like to pay for only the health services I need when I need them.
I am trying to plan now for my future and am in need of some assistance with the tasks of daily living.

2. Location
I prefer suburban life, away from downtown, but close enough to enjoy it.
I favor a more rural setting, smaller towns and wide-open natural spaces.
I would like to retire in an urban setting, near cultural events, shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
